At SEOWidgets, SEOWidgets, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with us.

By using SEOWidgets, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

SEOWidgets.ai is a tag-free site. As such, we do not collect and send your browsing data to any third-party ad or analytics partners.

We do use Modal.com to power the scripts behind the widgets. All Modal logs are deleted after 30 days. Even our logs are limited - we only track text inputs like URL.

We do not save any output files, nor can we see/access any outputs. We also cannot access any files or images that you upload to a widget. Additionally, all temporary files are deleted after the widget runs.

We do save basic browsing behavior (userAgent, site visited, etc.) to a proprietary database. Nobody outside SEOWidgets.ai has access to this info.

Finally, we do have an opt-in email box on our site, for the purpose of sending periodic updates. These emails are stored in a proprietary database and are not shared with any third-party CRM or email solution. We are happy to delete your email if you request. No other PII is stored beyond email. Please contact chris@seowidgets.ai if you’d like us to remove you.

2. Sharing Your Information

We do not share any information with third-parties, beyond sending inputs and userAgents to our infrastructure tool, Modal.com.

3. Security

Logs containing the widget inputs are deleted after 30 days. And we never store image or CSV upload data. The only PII that is at security risk is the mailing list emails, and those are stored on a secure server.

4. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post any changes to our Privacy Policy on our website, and the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy will indicate when it was last revised. Your continued use of our services after any changes to our Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
